a conditional order on a house sale completing. This is NON- refundable if your

- S/H Agas . You to arrange plinth , flue and
fuel line prior to cooker arriving .Sometimes I can arrange this work for
you by contractors .
- All Aga cooker parts stripped
and checked. Ovens and cast parts to be shotblasted, oiled
and prepared for re-assembly. Front , doors top and flue
box shroud etc to be re-enamelled with vitreous enamel (
baked to glass at 830oC ) ,subject to contract. If buying with
ORIGINAL enamel cleaning may not be to your standard - that's why its so
CHEAP!
- S/H Aga cooker to be re-assembled by
me in-situe with all insulation , gaskets etc INCLUDED IN
THE CONTRACT PRICE . Additional cost ONLY if prep work
isn't ready by your builder etc requiring call backs
- VAT applicable , so the prices quoted are the total cost EXCEPT
for delivery ( Scotland is at least extra £200 , France by
arrangement etc )
- All cookers GUARANTEED ( parts only ) for 6 / 12 months, subject
to model & correct servicing. This means should a part prove
unserviceable I will send you a replacement - you to arrange fitting.- but
I require the old part back please .
- S/H Rayburns delivered in one piece so please ensure access is
OK ( ring to discuss stairs, basements etc )
- I don't do plumbing but will connect an oil fuel supply to an Aga .I know
plumbers who will travel ( France included) to install rads, systems etc
but their contracts are separate .
- Whilst I will happily advise & supply chimney parts again this is
down to a builder to fit.
- All goods remain my property until paid for in full.
- Delivery . Priced individually , abroad on basis of ferry cost +
fuel + accommodation . Should you delay delivery beyond 14 days from
the agreed date ( due to any circumstances ) we reserve the right to
charge £5 per week storage
- Distance selling. I am obliged to offer a 7 day "cooling off "
period once you buy - so you can change your mind for a full refund .Also
I must send you a paper contract - not just an e mail .So much for a
green, paper free environment - thanks EU
