Although dealing with some very old designs - Agas were first made in UK in the 1930's and Rayburns in the 40's I try to be as up to date with communications as possible

So please contact me best  the following  ways, in order of best chance of reaching me!

Mobile telephone. Subject to reception I am "hands free" in my van  on 07860 676793 and have voicemail if I am engaged on another call or "out of reception" .Please note  I will return your call to save your  bill but it can be difficult if you work in a large organisation and I don't have a chance to note your name or extension number.

I use a BLACKBERRY so its more advanced than I am !

Our works at Penley -SE of Wrexham, some 20 miles south of Chester can be rung on 01948 830033.Our mobile reception there is BAD despite a booster aerial so in preference use the land line- when at work all mobile calls divert to that number

I really can't stop driving just to write down a "withheld number" so I usually do NOT return calls to these

It may be better in that case to TEXT me with your details so I can call you back- especially if I am abroad
