RAYBURN GAS COOKERS. Don't buy the G33 or gas Nouvelle ( balanced or conventional flue, lpg or nat gas_ - several of the gas train parts are NOT OBTAINABLE - so the cooker is SCRAP. We are told its POSSIBLE that new Rayburn oven stats MIGHT be available from July on for the GAS Nouvelle - but don't hold your breath! Don't even ask me- the parts have been out of stock for over a year. So NOUVELLE OVEN STATS and G33 Boiler stats and intermittent pilot assemblies - no chance at present . We are trying to source new KNOBS for the G33 and G7 gas cocks ( black bakelite ones break so a stronger one wanted) Mail if you can help!

I offer you a wealth of knowledge on cookers made and supplied in the past 40 years, mostly from hands on experience from working with them!

What don't we do? Get involved in installations, oil and gas pipes, chimney lining etc or plumbing. Supply the newer models (the 400 series) as they are not what we would like to sell ,or Electric Agas and parts. But we have contacts who do supply these. We arrange for Agas to be built nationwide (if bought through us) or rebuilt after dismantling and moving.

E bay. We do use E bay and will advise you WHAT NOT TO BUY and WHAT TO BUY. Please buy an E book first on the cooker type you fancy . We can arrange dismantling and refurbishment of cookers bought on E Bay - and supply spares.

This year there is a swing towards DRY cookers - i.e. not coupling the Aga / Rayburn into the hot water / heating system . This makes for a MUCH cheaper installation .

Some details . Managing Director Barry Charman . Experience - selling & installing Rayburns & Agas since 1979 . Factory trained on all Rayburn models . Personally trained on Agas . I have had in my own homes the following Rayburn No 2 , solid fuel, circa 1958 . Modified BIG BOILER conversion to run a small central heating system Aga model CB Standard , circa 1955 . Cream, solid fuel , standard water heating boiler. Then modified to burn OIL with vaporizing conversion Aga Model OCB . A red monster , first fitted with a 90 gallon boiler then a 135 as children needed more baths! Aga model E pre 74 . Converted to LPG and installed in the Gers, FRANCE Aga model Deluxe pre 74 .in British racing green converted to nat gas and installed in my present home with Oscar guarding it! Now (June 05) just fitted a BLUE GC Aga , after 2 months using a RAYBURN GDO .
