There are so few engineers now who can tell you about Range Cooker that I decided to write down some of my knowledge . Over the years I have seen and worked on a variety of cookers including Rayburns, Agas, Tirolias, Wamslers, Windhagers, Hamcos. Tibas, Franco Belge, Godin, Rossieres, but its only the first 2 that remain in my favour.
